The Central Election Commission of Ukraine refused to register candidates for deputies of the Verkhovna Rada from the Movement of New Forces party created by Mikhail Saakashvili. The court acknowledged that the former president of Georgia lived in Ukraine for five years without interruption. May 28, President Zelensky returned to him Ukrainian citizenship.

But then a new obstacle appeared. Saakashvili accused his Facebook of not allowing his party to the election of Petro Poroshenko. Saakashvili believes that the people of the former ukrainian president control the Central Election Commission. If so, then we are waiting for an interesting presentation. And Ukraine is probably a new political crisis. Saakashvili said that he has no political goals in Ukraine, but I can’t believe it. He definitely wants to take revenge on Poroshenko for exile from the country and other moments. But Saakashvili’s anger can go far, and then the current president will be hit. And the Zelensky team has already published the first 20 achievements of the president (when did he?).

Is opposition Poroshenko and Zelensky possible? Yes. Both need each other as spoilers to bite off votes from competitors. And knowing the character of Saakashvili, his union with Zelensky will not exist for a long time. Against this background, the elections to the Parliament on July 21 will be more interesting than the recent presidential elections. And if Saakashvili is not allowed before the elections, then we can expect a new Maidan, which will be brutally suppressed by the comic president.
